About the Event
Fused glass for Beginners - no previous experience necessary!
A great introduction to the wonderful world of fused glass! At this workshop you will have an opportunity to create a beautiful fused glass panel. A wide variety of shaped glass items will be available (daffodils, tulips, leaves etc...) and frit (crushed glass) to apply to a glass background and create a beautiful square panel measuring 10cm in diameter. Absolutely no cutting or grinding involved!
The workshop will be led by an experienced fused glass artist (Claire Myers of Cherry Tree Glass Studio), who will fuse the item after the session and add a handmade wooden stand. The completed piece will be available for collection from Eco Hub about a week later.
