Introduction to gel plate printing
This beginner friendly session will introduce you to the basics of gel plate printing, showing some of the many ways you can have fun with this versatile method of printmaking. In a hands-on 2 hour session we’ll explore the use of natural and recycled materials to create your own unique prints with acrylic paint. You’ll leave with lots of prints plus plenty of ideas for ways to use them.
Duration- 2 hours
Cost- £20
All materials provided but feel free to bring any found items like leaves or items with an interesting texture with you (as long as it’s something you don’t mind getting paint on).
Just in case you get paint on you please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy.
Equipment will be available to buy at the end should you wish to continue at home.
