We love these, what better gift than an experience and our workshops are aimed at beginners through to experts! We aim to enable creativity and share our ECO craft knowledge. If you have any questions about the suitability of the day for your intended gift voucher recipient, please get in touch.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not satisfied or the product does not meet your expectations please contact us directly via phone or email.

Once you have used the gift voucher to buy a workshop place, the following cancellation policy applies:

If you cancel the place at least 1 month before the date of the workshop you will receive a refund less £5 admin fee, this applies to ALL cancellations.

If less than 1 month of the date, we will only be able to offer a refund if the place can be filled.

If we cancel the workshop a FULL refund will be given or an alternative date will be offered.
Redeemable against a workshop of equal value.

Can be used as part of payment towards a workshop.

Can only be used for one of our Eco Hub in house workshops, not any run by external tutors.

Workshops to be booked via email or phone not through our website.

Voucher must be brought to the workshop as proof of payment .

Failure to bring the voucher may result in you paying for the workshop in full again.
